Return Window
We want you to love your fit. If it's not quite right, you can return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible Items
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
- Sale or promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
- Personalized or customized items are uniquely yours and cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Return
- Reach out to our care team at customersupport@duckcallofficial.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange.
- Once approved, we will send you clear instructions on how to package and return your order.
- Send the package back using your preferred trackable courier service. Please note that return shipping costs are handled by the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will process your refund immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to safely reflect on your original payment method.
